Meet Kiu, the illustrator and designer behind Ziyi Studio. Her artist name, Ziyi (子沂), means "flowing river" — a name given to her by a feng shui master to keep her creativity moving, and it's stuck ever since.
In 2025, Kiu left her full-time graphic design career with no backup plan, making room for the work that truly lights her up. She draws in bold, vibrant colour: cityscapes, everyday moments, folklore, mysticism, food, and Hong Kong — basically anything that makes her want to reach for the brightest colour in the set.
