Made-to-Order Items All made-to-order items — including diamond art kits and art prints — are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled. Because each item is created specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns on these products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll resolve it promptly.
